Hey Yall, Just wondering how others are training for RMC and basic training this summer, assuming they send out offers soon, what are you guys doing to prepare?

I haven't been selected yet still on the comp list for Infantry and Aerospace control, just made the comp list about a week ago.

Ah I see, I've been trying to find out the same thing, lots of conflicting information, honestly i'm not sure.

I know there will be more selections boards for ROTP between now and may ish. Im pretty sure there'll be another mid march and more to come. Just trying to gage how many selections have been done so far.

I think TSD-PI (Trait Self Descriptive - Personality Inventory) was the personality test taken after the CFAT.

I was 16 when I started my application but they still checked my references lol, I pretty sure its through Gambit Id, which does background checks and stuff like that, from what my teacher showed me it was just a email with like a form with questions to fill out, I've heard they sometimes call...

I got an email from CAF back in December notifying me that they had begun email my references and a date in which my references needed to respond by, so yes I know all my references have been contacted by email, I believe there was a form they had to fill out online.

That sounds right. Also do you have any idea if you're put on the competition list for one trade or all the ones you applied for?

And the list is ranked based of the candidate's Interview and CFAT score and some other stuff right?
