Lets get some real tradition going.  Form a kilted regiment for the CF.  We could start by moving 3000 head office positions from Ottawa out and get some more feet on the ground.  Too many Rotos for too few personnel. http://forums.army.ca/forums/Smileys/Armyca/bagpipe.gif
