Wouldn't be surprised, eitherThis. And I suspect more is to come.

A politely-put headline from the Associated Press
UnitedHealthcare CEO’s shooting opens a door for many to vent frustrations over insurance - National | Globalnews.ca
For years, patients in the U.S. health care system have grown frustrated with a bureaucracy they don’t understand.globalnews.ca
I was referring to Dems in the context as the Democrat Party, not individual Democrat voters who will be all over the spectrum.
I suspect that the demise of Health Insurance executives is something the rank and file of both parties can agree upon.Shooter look alike contest, with cheerleaders ( not sure if they are part of it, or just happen to be there ), in Washington Square

It would be interesting to hear Republican contortions on this, given their general propensity to support big business (although some would be happy to see nobody have to buy insurance) - and all levels of health delivery in the U.S. are pretty big business.I suspect that the demise of Health Insurance executives is something the rank and file of both parties can agree upon.

They should make it 20 K then refuse to pay......like the HMOs do. BahahahaThere's a $10K reward for information leading to the shooters arrest. Does New York do this for every murder case?
For the 1%, Billy-Bob in Tulsa or Démonte in Queens getting whacked doesn’t raise an eyebrow because it’s just the plebes doing self culling. But when the Plebes are starting to whack the 1%, well then the SHHTF and they cannot let that happen at all!!!Isn't this the truth.
It's an interesting phenomenon when someone generally hated is severely hurt or killed. The generally accepted behavior is to point out someone being hurt or killed is never funny or acceptable; but when a critical LOL mass is reached, it becomes a running joke.

I remain surprised at the lack of vigilante justice in society at large. A sign that things are mostly functioning i guessI think there are better ways to deal with this than gun them down in the streets.
But at the same time they have created this monster.
Can be both. We can - and should - condemn something outright, while still understanding the reality underlying someone’s motivation to commit something we condemn. I can understand all kinds of terrible things that shouldn’t take place.Imagine all the other aspects of life with which people are frustrated, and now think about whether the action should be "understood" or condemned outright.
Not all, but they're not uncommon in most western jurisdictions. There's a $10K reward for information leading to the shooters arrest. Does New York do this for every murder case?
