    All things Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)

I realize that I missed another benefit of supporting this company. The mRNA technology is at the forefront of cancer research. There is some evidence that targeted cancer immunotherapy could be produced from this approach.

I think an SF operator at the helm would be a bridge too far for the Liberals.

    All things Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)

The treat of the novel virus isn't going away any time soon. Given that we no longer have a home grown vaccine maker, the government should have helped them out. I admit that their progress is behind the curve regarding a Covid vaccine, but there's an own goal in the making here. We could have...

Sexual Misconduct Allegations in The CAF

The member asked for a character reference, there was no obligation to give him one. That's the extent of due process I would have ensured in this instance.

Sexual Misconduct Allegations in The CAF

He should have been charged. He contravened the FAA (and the CSD), and thereby broke the law. It could be argued that he committed a fraud. Anyone else would have been charged, so why not him?

    Liberal Minority Government 2019 - ????

The problem is that anyone who disagrees with the orthodoxy is labeled a denier. You can't even examine parts of the problem as "the science is settled", notwithstanding that the more we examine a problem, the more the science changes.

2021 federal budget and the CAF

You fail to take into account those that can. Your use of the $56400 number is based on everyone in the non-working population being average. This is a flawed premise. High income earners will drag the average to the right, but they're likely not highly represented in those who chose not to work...

2021 federal budget and the CAF

For the most part, yes. If you can afford daycare, you work. If you can't, you don't. Those on the lower end of the income spectrum are most likely not able to afford daycare, and therefore most likely to not work.

2021 federal budget and the CAF

I think you've made assumptions that need to be more realistic. For example, you presume that the 250k additional women working will make the average income of 56400. The real likelihood is that they'll make closer to 35000, which reduces the income generated to 8.75B. Then you need to take 27%...

In split decision, Supreme Court says the federal carbon price is constitutional

If the science is settled, then it's no longer science, it's dogma. Science by its very nature thrives by being questioned. Again, the problem with climate science is that it's not the scientists that control the narrative.

NDP to debate phasing out Canada’s Armed Forces at policy convention

Maybe, but you said "a garbage article", thereby casting doubt on the validity of the information. If you had only meant to criticize the source you could have done so without classifying the article as "garbage".
