We currently are in the same situation, however, we usually have four groups. 1 shooting, 2 watching. 3 and 4 outside playing dodge ball.  It would be wise to add in perhaps more games per group. So split up 3 in to dodge... and 4 in to something that the cadets want. Most games require teamwork...

I really enjoyed teaching POEO 403.04 Assemble a survival Kit. When I see the Green stars eyes light up like Christmas trees when I show them how to waterproof they're own matches and then test them after soaking them in water.. Great feeling!

Well its official now, I can't join the CF till I have 'subsantially' increased my Education. Which is exactly what I will be doing now. Taking Police Foundations at college and in 2 years applying to the reg force as a MP and my second Moc INF. I hope none of you have to take the CFAT more...

I've seen one 40 year old private (showed me his ID) and at least another 38 year old private on an Indoc course I did with the Reg force.
