Bicep curls and triceps extensions would help. Use wait that allows you to only do 10 reps max and less as you do more sets. If you start doing forarm exercises make sure your wrists can handle it or your end up with tendinitis as well as a popping elbow!
I recently heard from someone that they got in immediately after application with a log officer commission without doing the written or physical tests because they had a graduate degree. Has the recruiting process changed recently, is this just a strange case or is this person full of $H!T?
Did they put your medical on hold until you get your doctor to sign some papers they gave you? If that's the case then I bet they won't refuse you if you get them signed but will refuse you if you don't. I passed the medical with a 6 month old ACL tear.
intresting i have to hope that i can be considered "healed" although an ACL can't actually heal itself but you can play sports again no problem
