I was completely new to capss and aircrew, I crashed it ONCE durring the instructions lol. Anyways I passed and am still waiting for an offer.

And even if you pass Aircrew AND Airnav in Trenton, dont expect to be offered a contract, especially if your ROTP.

So who makes the decision who gets in as ROTP? Is it the officer that is handling my file at the recruiting center?
