Thanks for all your input. I'm almost certain I've seen somewhere a document stipulating that after graduating QL3, member had a certain time frame to complete an OJT (QL4) package. Once completed, member's name would then be submitted for course loading to QL5. Does that ring a bell for anyone?

I'm pretty certain I read somewhere that if you remustered you had to be course loaded on a QL5 within 18 months of your COS to the new trade. Is there anyone out there that is aware of this and has a reference handy? Here's a bit of background: Friend transferred to new trade in July 08, went...
