My experience could be different as it is 18 years ago when I was a wife of a Vehicle Tech. When my husband completed his QL3 myself and my daughter were moved out to Borden with him from BC. We lived in PMQ's and he lived with us. He kept a room for inspections only.
Rations and Quarters is approx $640 per month for a single person, plus Supperanuation of another $225 or so. Semi-monthly take home pay is around $600 so $1200 per month

states "Please explain your reason/s for wanting to attend your first choice of academic instituition" it does not spefically state why you want to attend RMC.
A friend of mine is a Civil Engineer and owns his own firm. He said Engineering degrees from RMC are one of the top and if he had two applicants in front of him with the same experience he would take the RMC graduate everytime.
My Husband was a QL5 Qualified Vehicle Tech when he released from the Military and had 6 years in the trade. When he went to the apprenticeship board in BC they would only give him credit for the Pre-App course, which here in BC is a 9 Month Course, he had to do 4 years of apprentiship training.
My Daughter has medium length hair when she got to RMC and had no problems getting it put up. Her hair got longer through FYOP and she kept it that way as she actually found it easier to get it up and cleaner looking.
I applied online Nov 30. Got the email Jan 6 saying they received all my documentation. Contacted them Mid Feb and they said it could take a very long time for them to update my file but would not specify how long was very long :(
