What are some senior army cadet courses, I know it would be a pain for you staff to teach us, but I am sorry. I still I want to apply, as I am very intrested in marksmanship.

Can I apply to resserves when I am 15, and then officially accept when I am 16. Or do I have to apply 16 and wait about a year?
