Air Nav "Practice" exam

I'm changing trades and Air Nav is one of the options. I wrote the Air Nav exams about 5-6 years ago, but failed. So, I'm going to write it again soon.

I remember a while ago hearing about a "practice" air nav exam that the PSOs have. Has anyone ever heard of this? The PSO at my base has never heard of it?
