AVN/AVS OT INTAKE??

Does anyone know how many people they are taking in this years AVOTP for AVN Tech and AVS Tech?  I tried looking, couldn't find much unless I missed it;

I should add that I've tried the BPSO, and he says don't worry about it because it changes every month.  However considering I'm trying to OT from a green trade (comm rsch), to a red as first choice (AVN), and amber for second (AVS), I'd love to know if I have a chance.  Plus I hear the training is extremely back logged, so wondering how that will affect things.
