Also, off the topic question, is there an age requirement for Pilots?

Is this possible down the road with no prior university degree or diploma?

In a way it is possible. The UTPNCM program allows you to apply with no degree but the program sends you to univesity to get one. CEOTP for members already serving requires that you already have a few university credits.

In the end, you need a university degree to be a pilot.
