CF Insurance

Could someone direct me to a site or explain how CF insurance works.

Does the military have a basic insurance plan for its soldiers? What is it?

Is SISIP seperate from the CF basic insuranse?

With all the stories going around about some soldiers getting insurance and others not, I am confused.

Any assistance would be welcomed.
