This from another board I read:
I had been told on more than one occasion that the CF member can choose to forego and transfer this educational reimbursement to his/her spouse. Does anyone know if this changed with the recent changes to the policy, and where to get more info?

This is where the basic info is, but nothing is stated about families/spouses except under support.
