Tomorrow is the big day for HLs.  IAP/BOTP is over, promotion to Lt.  Grad parade is set for 1330 here in snowy St-Jean.

She is DEO Nursing Officer...they get promoted to Lt on completion of IAP/BOTP if they are DEOs.

Specialist trades commission and receive a simultaneous promotion to Lt.  The commissioning varies depending on entry plan.
