I have been tracking them and the Kratos team as well as GAA.

Anduril does software and has been buying diving and flying bodies.
GAA does flying bodies and has integrated engines and software.
Kratos does flying bodies, engines and software but at low rates.

Kratos has built a new facility in Indiana (?) to increase production.

Kratos is further down the line with concepts and prototypes but needs to ramp up production. To that end it has partnered with GE to produce cheap and simple, short life-cycle jets in numbers.

The Big 5 are running to catch up in this field.

The Big 5 aren’t actually playing catch up, the issue is 1) they like to be a lot more secretive about their IRD programs 2) DoD has a zillion layers of bureaucracy for sponsored programs, and lot of requirements for systems. It’s very easy for some companies to make glossy brochures and items that aren’t necessarily made to a required specification.
