Just a quick question about the Application Proccess

I have finished my application online and all but one question still lingers. Now I had sent in my transcript, but my marks aren't that good, I had about a 68% average last semester. I applies to ACISS and Combat Engineer. Now is there a possibility they will turn me down for just my marks? Or will they let me go onto the CFAT and see what jobs I qualify for?
