I'm probably in the wrong spot....or not allowed to do this so if I am just direct me in the right spot please.
I live in a 3 bedroom rowhouse on CFB Uplands in Ottawa. I don't currently have any roommates....but i'd like to find 1. Rent would be about $500/mth. Bit more only if the gas or hydro bills were jacked a bit more then usual. Rent includes: Room, cable, internet, use of all appliances (which includes washer/dryer), and parking spot. I don't currently own a car so my spot can be used. If I do ever get a car it'd be $13/mth for a parking spot. I do also plan to get a landline which will be included in the rent....just waiting for Rogers to hook it up
