Location of Trades Badges on CFs

15 years in the Army and I finally qualify for a trades badge; my Reg F buddy phoned me with the location of the badge but I deleted his voice mail.

Can anyone advise me of the location on the sleeve that the trades badge goes? I believe he said 4 inches from the cuff; can anyone confirm? Nothing like waiting to the last minute.
