Spent 7 years in; RESO, 5 yrs LT, Qual Capt., out 12 years and considering reinrollement. Any advice on 1) How long for VFS, What I'll likely be offered in rank, time in rank, and qualification?, 2) What I'll have to re-qualify? 3) Fear I'll do it all again - What is CAP(R) like compared RESO 2 of days of old?

In general, five years is the max they will recognize former qualifications. Five years or more you will more than likely have to start all over again.
