I am filling up the reserve papers, I've done my criminal check with a police officer and they gave me a paper, for the credit check ; do I have to go to my bank ? And for the rest ?

You'll have to be a bit more specific, it's been a long time since I've done it. What is "the rest"? As for credit checks, those are usually done by Equifax or Transunion.

So I will have to contact Equifax? Because the CFRC askes for someone which has to sign and which is authorized by the law or an organization, So I'm just confused , and for the rest, its for the education part, I guess I will just have to bring my high school diplomat.

To the education your transcripts of your educational institution are accepted. University or what have you, as for the credit check I don't remember if you do it on your dime, or if the CFRC processes one for you. Someone with more recent experience will have to answer you there my friend.
