starting salary

Hello,

I'm looking at DEO Log O.  The website states that the starting salary for fully qualified entry level officers is 51K.  However, it takes a while to be qualified (viz. BMOQ, CAP and trade school).  Can anyone tell me what the pay rate is during the interim?

For the most part, DEO applicants will start out at "2Lt - Pay Level C".
