Oops! Just before I checked for any replies to my posting I came across that video about postings. So THAT'S what the search function is for.
Sorry about that redundant thread folks. Sure enough I did a search and was able to get most of the answers to my questions. Up until then I was going through the forums and posts one at a time trying to get the info..
As for the avatar, I completed Basic Para 8612 while in my last year in cadets and when I enter my reserve unit I'll be wearing them proudly on my uniform. It didn't help, I suppose, that I didn't have that info. down on my profile. I've since changed it.
