The University Training Program for Non-Commissioned Members is a competitive, subsidized education program offered by the Canadian Armed Forces [1] for the Non-Commissioned Member (NCM) [2] without a university degree who aspires to become a commissioned officer in the Regular Force. Selection results in the NCM candidate receiving fully subsidized education at the Royal Military College [3] or an accredited Canadian University [4] in a degree program which is deemed suitable for member's choice of trade.
