Hey guys
This is a long shot, but I'm hoping someone can help me out. A while back, I read a topic here regarding a sheriff in (Texas?) the States somewhere who had some really interesting views on how the law should be upheld, and how a prison should be run. Can't remember the names, dates, or category that the thread was in, and I've searched for a good hour or so this morning, but without much luck. I was hoping someone here would remember the thread or be able to point me in the right direction.
Reason being, the topic of wether or not prison inmates should be allowed certain privileges and 'rights' while in detention came up with some co-workers, and I immediately thought of this thread, specifically the way the man runs his prison.
Again, thanks for any help
