This LPC stooge is quite taken by the Carney story. 😬

Paul Wells interviewed AB Premier Smith - She laid out her reasonings pretty good and highlighted how vulnerable Eastern Canada is to being cut off from US energy. (Paul supports her arguments)
He then interviewed Amy Greenburg who’s one of the leading historians of the antebellum United States...

Listen to the Curse of Politics.
Herle is the host, but he has a Liberal, Conservative, and Dipper strategists and they all have been SAVAGE towards Trudeau and his team for the past 2 years.
Herle is a old time liberal from Saskatchewan, which is as rare as Palm trees on the shores of the South Saskatchewan River.
But the LPC is wedded to the Liberal World Order which allowed Canada to ignore foreign responsibilities and concentrate being the mayor of Toronto.
The idea of Canada...
I still can’t believe that Carney is not being called out for going on a US TV show to soft launch his campaign. Like WTF man, you wonder why Canadian culture is in the dumpster and then you go on US TV to introduce yourself? To who? 65 year old lefty American women is your audience?
God damn...

I give him no credit.

Prior to 911, the 49th parallel was largely just a speed bump (for you easterners, the 49th runs from Lake of the Woods to Tsawwassen). It would be nice if we could go back to those days, but I know they are gone for good.
I don't know who said it but I like how mostly accurate it is;
"Canada could of had the best of everything, French Culture, US Engineering, and British Government. Instead we embraced French Government, US Culture and British Engineering." :confused:
