I also applied near the end of October and supply tech was one of my choices as well.  I haven`t heard anything yet so far.

Along with the forms I brought ID & transcripts.  They also asked me to fill out an extra security clearance form since I have spent some time out of the country.  I would also recommend calling them first so if you do go in person, you can be prepared with all the paperwork ahead of time.
