I got my mile down to 9:12 sec. last week i did it in 9:40. Im so proud it seems the longer I train r the mile gets easier much faster, I am hoping to get it down to atleast 8 by the time I head to BMQ
Keep up the good work. Don't over do-it. Just trust that it will come with time. Try taking the time within your routine to do some distance training as well. 4 -5km's is a good run and build that up. I'm not in the forces yet, but i've always been interested in running. Keep at it.
