I have a 2 bedroom suite for rent on Bear Mountain, it is only 1.5 years old, includes water, gas, internet, sattelite tv, laundry, all appliances.  Price is negotiable depending on 1 or 2 people. Availiable May 1, maybe a bit sooner.
