Good stuff! hopefully by next week I hear something about my background/clearance comming back all clear and I can move on with the next steps.

Congrats! It took 4 months for your final processing!?? I'm at final processing stage now and God I hope it doesn't take that long lol
Yeah lol. It's mainly because it was near the full-time summer employment so there weren't that much staffs around to check about 1000 files weekly. But fortunately I was placed on the Ready for CL step almost mid August so it wasn't that bad of a wait.

That's so exciting. I'm so glad someone on here is starting at the same time as me.
How are you doing on prep?
I can't find my vaccination chart so it looks like I may end up being a pin-cushion when we get there.

Just finished the last of my shopping today, I think I'm all set to leave. Going to get everything together over the weekend to make sure I haven't forgot anything and any of my paperwork. I'm definitely going to be getting a few jabs, hopefully they believe I had chicken pox as a child and don't need to be vaccinated against it.

I upped my training in June so PT shouldn't be too bad, not looking forward to doing it over the winter though lol. You feeling ready?

I think I'm ready.
Lol, I am way behind on running. But the rest is good.
My biggest concern is the cold. The mental challenge alone from that will be difficult.
I've been watching videos on how to protect your feet on the ruck marches and what-not. That's been helpful.

But, yeah, all around I'm terrified and excited in equal measure. I had my enrolment ceremony on the 25th. It was nice to finalize everything.

Quick question will I have to fill a pre-screening form after Cftas to Initiate the Background Check or there is no documentation required?

You'll have to fill it into amongst all your other paperwork it'll be in there it's like a consent form essentially

Then I must have done that probably before Cfats. Do you know anything about foreign implications Screening and how much time it adds to your already lengthy application process?
