A quick call to the Base Personnel Selection Officer (BPSO), first thing tomorrow, will likely get you the proper and up to date info you require. No speculation, straight from the source. That's the person your going to be dealing with anyway,

Have a look on EMMA under "career".

I believe the msg already came out and that they are considering applications on an ongoing basis.

Going from Red to Red is acceptable, however, not as desirable as going to a Red from a Yellow or Green...obviously.

Still, recceguy's advice is the best, talk to the PSO.
