Saw it the other night (for those who have the movie network on demand you can see it their at your pleasure). 
I thoroughly enjoyed it!    It is interesting to see how the Army MDs, Nurses and medics deal with life in the middle of a war zone.  One of the things that got me was background shots.  Baghdad looked like a very nice city, almost tranquil city and then bam, something explodes in the distance.  The one scene that really showed that was when the docs where having their weekly MD Cigar night on the roof. 
I highly suggest you watch this doc if you have a chance.
