Does anyone know where the CFAT is written in Kingston, Ontario?

That's what I thought, but its not open until 10 and my test is at 8:30.

Show up at 8:15 at the Kingston Recruiting Center with probably the other 5-10 people that will also be there. They always schedule the tests a few hours before they open because you're going to be there for 3-4 hours. I had to be at my recruiting for 7:45 AM for my test that started at 8:00 AM. My recruiting center doesn't open until 9 AM and I left at 11:45 AM.
