changing of leave passes

if you sign a leave pass , can  your unit change that leave pass( non operation reasons, as in non overseas ) to whatever they decide without telling the member?again for any non tasking, operational etc reason

If you mean someone changing the date to include a stat that you perhaps forgot about between your start and end dates, that's just an admin correction.

I'm assuming that you mean someone changed the dates to a period other than the one you asked for.  If that's the case, they should not be changing the dates.  The request should be sent back to you as denied, so that you have proof that you asked for leave but were denied it.

Note: that is what SHOULD happen.  Where I work, in most cases of date changes, the chain of command will inform you that the dates you chose were either good or not, and then using our handy dandy computer program (monitor mass) they will make a new one for you to sign.

Theoretically, when you go on leave, you should have a SIGNED leave pass.  So if they changed it they should have you sign it.
