Competition list clarification

I am on the completion list and waiting for selection for a particular trade. As per the status details on the portal it says at this point the application can be transferred from local recruitment to reserve if needed.
Does anyone know if the no of vacancy in reserve is different from full time for particular trade ? mean to check if at a particular CAF score the probability of selection for particular trade may be different if one choses reserve or full time
Also it seems checking different reserve unit for open position is a manual process (you go to each reserve unit and check open position for that unit) . For eg if I want to find out all reserve unit with open position on signals in GTA is there a way to do it ?

The standards are the same for Reg F and Reserves. A person can switch from Reg F to reserves and from Reserves to Reg F, so the standards NEED to be the same. The only difference si that when you apply for reserves you are applying to a particular unit, so it is possible that they do not have a position available for the trade you want, either because they have all the people they need (their staffing states they will have xx NCMs and XX officers) or because they do not have the trade you want at that unit (you cannot join as a medic at an infantry unit for example.)
When you apply for Reg F, you are competing on a national level, so there is often room. The CAF may only accept so many people per year for each position in Reg F but every April there are more positions opened.

For Toronto, the only unit with sigs would be 32 Sigs. If they don't have an opening, then your search ends there. You trade dictates what unit you join. To be a Sig you need to join a Signals unit.
