He means the 5 points of flight procedure for static-line parachuting

let's see if i can remember:

1. check canopy
2. look out for other jumpers
3. unfasten waist-belt
4. release shoulder load/ ruck at 200ft
5. adopt landing position (head down, knees/feet together, arms on risers)

but that's from a long time ago, so i'll leave it for current jumpers to correct my errors...
