garage's in edmonton

there are garages in griesbach and was wondering who I ask to get one or is it only for people in the Q's?

I thought the PMQ's (and garages) in Griesbach were all given up to the city now and not for military anymore. Could be wrong though. When I was there the garages were for people in the PMQ's
