When receiving an offer is it often that a applicant will receive more then one offer at a time, or will it just be individually?

When receiving an offer is it often that a applicant will receive more then one offer at a time, or will it just be individually?

NO, they will make you one offer and one offer only.  After that, it is up to you to decide what you want to do.  If the offer happens to be for your #2 or #3 choices and you are no longer interested in them, you can turn the offer down, ask to have the occupation removed and also ask to be put back on the Merit List for your remaining occupation choices.
