Isn't it amazing after 78 years of the end of WW2 where SIX MILLION JEWISH PEOPLE were the victims of a genocide that many "Progressives" see the Jewish state as an enemy. A$$holes. The "Blame Israel train" has done its job, much of the world now thinks Israel did it.

I had a discussion several years ago with someone who basically said "Israel is to blame for the war in Lebanon" and my retort was none too kind.
THIS is what we get for NOT teaching history to our students and letting some arrogant ass tell us that we shouldn't teach the Holocaust to our kids. So next time we elect school board members we might want to dig into their backgrounds as well.
RANT ENDS.....for now.
This is similar to Trudeau's reaction a in 2018 to an alleged attack on a Muslim teen girl in Toronto which actually never happened. The girl alleged her hijab was cut off by attackers at a bus stop, a story she later admitted was a lie.“Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them.”

Sabrina Maddeaux: Trudeau's dash to blame Israel for Gaza hospital explosion an embarrassment to Canada
For a party that so brazenly accuses its opponents of spreading disinformation and misinformation, the federal Liberals too often fail to pass their own test. In the aftermath of Hamas’ brutal terrorist attack on Israel, and in the midst of one of the most pivotal geopolitical crises in recent years and a pronounced spike in antisemitism, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and some of his cabinet ministers seem to be having a hard time breaking their bad habits.
On Tuesday, reports emerged that the Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza had been struck by a missile. The information came from the health ministry in Gaza, which blamed Israel for the strike and claimed that up to 500 people had been killed.
Quick to forget everything journalists and politicians know about wartime propaganda and bad actors’ use of false flags, some in the Canadian media, along with certain elected officials, rushed to share unverified, suspect information, condemning Israel in the process.
As the days and weeks progress, this will surely not be the last instance of disinformation or misinformation out of Gaza. Next time, the Liberals should try to stop themselves from becoming propaganda mouthpieces for terrorists before they cause irreparable harm — at home and abroad.

I am not so sure Palestinians are for Gays and trans judging by the recent leave our kids alone protest attendeesProgressive Socialism, National Socialism, International Socialism, Islamic Socialism. Liberal Socialism, All branches of the same tree. The overall fight is battle of individual freedom and the Western enlightenment v the collective statism and control. Isreal is both a religious and political threat to the both the Muslim and Progressive world. A giant shining light in defiance of them. How does a small country of Jews many just from a horrific war in Europe create a bright economic and health country in a land of rocks and no oil?
This war creates the most extreme levels of the enemy of my enemy is my friend. My favorite is Trans and gays for Palestinians.
Israel is basically running a apartheid state. There is a reason they were really close with South Africa pre-apartheid ending. Nothing like facts to ruin propaganda. Shame on Jagmeet Singh for rushing to condemn Israel. Did Trudeau do the same?IDF spokesman debunking Hamas claims
So the fact that the Jews occupied and lived on this land 3300-3400 years ago means nothing?Israel is basically running a apartheid state. There is a reason they were really close with South Africa pre-apartheid ending. If fact if they have nukes, thats where they would have got it.
Just because your ancestors may have been genocided doesn’t give you the right to take similar actions to others, especially people who had nothing to do with it.
For those wondering why the Palestinians hate Israel, if you were treated the same way you wouldn’t like the person doing it to you either.
The Palistanians are just supposed to accept that Israel is going to treat them like shit, periodically kill them, evict them, break international law with no consequences, blockade them, and smile at the people doing it to them?
If a member of the native group that used to live where you are came up to you armed with guns, forcefully evicted you from your home, and if you resist shot you or had the military shoot you would you like them? Would you just go along with it? I mean they were genocided so that must make it ok?
Again I am not anti-Israel, I can just understand the injustice being done to the Palestinians as well. I can understand where the hatred comes from. I can understand Israel isn’t acting in good faith with them. And I can understand Israel isn’t doing anything to cause that hatred to decrease.
So it’s ok to pillage and murder?Israel is basically running a apartheid state. There is a reason they were really close with South Africa pre-apartheid ending. If fact if they have nukes, thats where they would have got it.

Some history for those that are not familiar. From Wikipedia:Israel is basically running a apartheid state. There is a reason they were really close with South Africa pre-apartheid ending. If fact if they have nukes, thats where they would have got it.

Here's a map of the UN partition plan for Palestine along with an overview of the Jewish population at the time:
Israel has been surrounded by hostile states and non-state actors that have had the stated objective of eliminating the State of Israel since the day of its inception. There are many things that Israeli governments have done that I strongly disagree with including many of their activities in support of radical settlers in the West Bank. Many of those actions I think have been counter-productive in my mind to Israel's long term security, however the fact that a very significant number of the people and states surrounding Israel forcefully oppose the very right of Israel to exist I think goes a long way to explaining the hard line they take on security issues. They are a small country (both in size and population) surrounded by enemies. The day after the 29 November 1947 adoption of the United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine – which planned to divide Palestine into an Arab state, a Jewish state, and the Special International Regime encompassing the cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem – seven Jews were killed in the Fajja bus attacks by Arab militants in an incident regarded as the first in the civil war.[16] This attack was retaliation to the assassination of five members of an Arab family, suspected of being British informants, by Lehi on 19 November.[17] There had been tension and conflict between Arabs, Jews, and the British since the 1917 Balfour Declaration and the 1920 creation of the British Mandate of Palestine. British policies dissatisfied both Arabs and Jews. Arab opposition developed into the 1936–1939 Arab revolt in Palestine, while the Jewish opposition developed into the 1944–1947 Jewish insurgency in Palestine.
On 15 May 1948, the civil war transformed into a conflict between Israel and the Arab states following the Israeli Declaration of Independence the previous day. Egypt, Transjordan, Syria, and expeditionary forces from Iraq entered Palestine.[18][19][20][21] The invading forces took control of the Arab areas and immediately attacked Israeli forces and several Jewish settlements.[22][23][24] The 10 months of fighting took place mostly on the territory of the British Mandate and in the Sinai Peninsula and southern Lebanon, interrupted by several truce periods.[25]
As a result of the war, the State of Israel controlled the area that the UN had proposed for the Jewish state, as well as almost 60% of the area proposed for the Arab state,[26] including the Jaffa, Lydda and Ramle area, Upper Galilee, some parts of the Negev and a wide strip along the Tel Aviv–Jerusalem road. Israel also took control of West Jerusalem, which was meant to be part of an international zone for Jerusalem and its environs. Transjordan took control of East Jerusalem and what became known as the West Bank, annexing it the following year, and the Egyptian military took control of the Gaza Strip. At the Jericho Conference on 1 December 1948, 2,000 Palestinian delegates called for unification of Palestine and Transjordan as a step toward full Arab unity.[27] The conflict triggered significant demographic change throughout the Middle East. Around 700,000 Palestinian Arabs fled or were expelled from their homes in the area that became Israel, and they became Palestinian refugees[28] in what they refer to as the Nakba ("the catastrophe"). A similar number of Jews moved to Israel during the three years following the war, including 260,000 from the surrounding Arab states.[29][30]
So the fact that the Jews occupied and lived on this land 3300-3400 years ago means nothing?
Dinah and the Shechemites
34 Now Dinah, the daughter Leah had borne to Jacob, went out to visit the women of the land. 2 When Shechem son of Hamor the Hivite, the ruler of that area, saw her, he took her and raped her. 3 His heart was drawn to Dinah daughter of Jacob; he loved the young woman and spoke tenderly to her. 4 And Shechem said to his father Hamor, “Get me this girl as my wife.”
5 When Jacob heard that his daughter Dinah had been defiled, his sons were in the fields with his livestock; so he did nothing about it until they came home.
6 Then Shechem’s father Hamor went out to talk with Jacob. 7 Meanwhile, Jacob’s sons had come in from the fields as soon as they heard what had happened. They were shocked and furious, because Shechem had done an outrageous thing in[a] Israel by sleeping with Jacob’s daughter—a thing that should not be done.
8 But Hamor said to them, “My son Shechem has his heart set on your daughter. Please give her to him as his wife. 9 Intermarry with us; give us your daughters and take our daughters for yourselves. 10 You can settle among us; the land is open to you. Live in it, trade[b] in it, and acquire property in it.”
11 Then Shechem said to Dinah’s father and brothers, “Let me find favor in your eyes, and I will give you whatever you ask. 12 Make the price for the bride and the gift I am to bring as great as you like, and I’ll pay whatever you ask me. Only give me the young woman as my wife.”
13 Because their sister Dinah had been defiled, Jacob’s sons replied deceitfully as they spoke to Shechem and his father Hamor. 14 They said to them, “We can’t do such a thing; we can’t give our sister to a man who is not circumcised. That would be a disgrace to us. 15 We will enter into an agreement with you on one condition only: that you become like us by circumcising all your males. 16 Then we will give you our daughters and take your daughters for ourselves. We’ll settle among you and become one people with you. 17 But if you will not agree to be circumcised, we’ll take our sister and go.”
18 Their proposal seemed good to Hamor and his son Shechem. 19 The young man, who was the most honored of all his father’s family, lost no time in doing what they said, because he was delighted with Jacob’s daughter. 20 So Hamor and his son Shechem went to the gate of their city to speak to the men of their city. 21 “These men are friendly toward us,” they said. “Let them live in our land and trade in it; the land has plenty of room for them. We can marry their daughters and they can marry ours. 22 But the men will agree to live with us as one people only on the condition that our males be circumcised, as they themselves are. 23 Won’t their livestock, their property and all their other animals become ours? So let us agree to their terms, and they will settle among us.”
24 All the men who went out of the city gate agreed with Hamor and his son Shechem, and every male in the city was circumcised.
25 Three days later, while all of them were still in pain, two of Jacob’s sons, Simeon and Levi, Dinah’s brothers, took their swords and attacked the unsuspecting city, killing every male. 26 They put Hamor and his son Shechem to the sword and took Dinah from Shechem’s house and left. 27 The sons of Jacob came upon the dead bodies and looted the city where[c] their sister had been defiled. 28 They seized their flocks and herds and donkeys and everything else of theirs in the city and out in the fields. 29 They carried off all their wealth and all their women and children, taking as plunder everything in the houses.
30 Then Jacob said to Simeon and Levi, “You have brought trouble on me by making me obnoxious to the Canaanites and Perizzites, the people living in this land. We are few in number, and if they join forces against me and attack me, I and my household will be destroyed.”
31 But they replied, “Should he have treated our sister like a prostitute?”
