How can I practice land nav for BMOQA

Good day, I hope you are all doing well.

Short story I am currently trash at land nav but since I am still an OCdt I still have time to fix my mistakes. How can I practice landnav in a city (currently in Toronto rn). I am really trying to get better at this skill so I can succeed at BMOQA solo night nav and the recce mission

Google orienteering clubs or courses in your general area, download the maps, and try to hit the points, as some are actually hard marked. Or just join an orienteering club/association and practice where they train.
