Hi,

For job purpose if i stay outside of canada (home country) when going on security clearance (as i am a PR) does it effect on my CAF recruitment?

Sounds like you're a Permanent Resident of that country, not Canada.

For security clearances, the longer you have spent living outside Canada, the longer it takes to validate the info you provided. You're setting yourself up for a very long wait.

I am a PR also, and CFRC told me that the security screening can last for 18 to 24 months from the date CFRC handed your files to Ottawa. Afterwards, they do not really care where you live.
