Managing Authority for CAP/BOMQ-L?

Just need the managing authority for CAP.  I don't have DIN access so searching for there is a no go.

CLS is the MA for the Common Army Phase.

Just to add, CLS delegates Managing Authority to Comd LFDTS through LFCO 24-8. The Qualification Standard (QS) for BMOQ-L/CAP is held by DAT.

Even better all I had to go on was LFCO 24-20.  Not having DIN access sucks at times.
