may 13-15 ex in meaford

Just got back form the Ex in meaford this weekend.  Was wondering what everyone thought of it.  From our standpoint it went pretty well....except for the fact we where back in the nose bleed section.

Weather went to shit faster than you could say 'trench clear...'

From what I gathered, I think everyone was just glad it was over.  I mean, good trench clearing training and all, but come on, its time to move on and away from that kind of stuff...

Oh, I did get to see my very first aurora borealis though...t'was very cool!

In terms of capturing the "Trench Network" and traversing EN Mine Fields to do so, I felt it was good once rounds we being traded with the MILES Gear (I can't stand SIMUNITION!). As for the rest of the weekend, it was still your typical CRE WKND.
