Officer Cadets to Lt.

RMC Cadets stay cadets until they graduate. The day after, they receive commissioning, most to 2lt for some very few to Lt.

I was wondering if anyone knew what made some RMC cadets be commisioned right to Lt?

If they‘re in a specialist trade, such as Health Care Admin, Personnel Selection, etc. they get promoted to Lt concurrently (?) with their commissioning as 2Lts.
