Pay Structure Question

Gents,

Haven't been able to find these answers elsewhere on the forums. I have a few questions regarding the pay structure as seen in the following site:

1) Pay Level C is for DEO (which is what I'm applying for) but it doesn't shot a pay rate for Pay Level C Officer Cadets. What do DEO Officer Cadets get paid?
2) How do the pay increments works for each rank? When or why do they happen?
3) Do the salaries include accommodation, food, etc? How much actual cash am I getting every month on top of those things?
4) When do pilots typically get promoted from 2nd Lt. to Lt?

You didn't search hard enough.  There is also the manual method.  I found several on point threads.
