Reserve Training Allowance?????

I was told that there is a directive or canforgen out there about extra -curricular training allowances. I know that the regs have it, but do the reserves? 

If you take any non-military courses that are directly applicable to your trade, the regs get it re-imbersed.

ie: I am a medic and go out and take a couple of civvie medic courses like OFA3, Tactical Medic, etc. Then the army pays me back.

Any info would be appreciated.

I did search 'training allowance' and came up empty, now I will admit I'm not the most literate computer guy, but...
