I have been wanting to join the army for a long time but I never finish grade 12 but I have learn alot from the many different job that I have done. Alot of the thing that I have learn you can not learn in school.Right now I am the personnel manager for a very large tire shop and when I first got a job there I knew nothing about that job. But I work hard and listen and learn. I guess what I like to know is why the army can not let you learn as you go and just because I did not finish school does not mean I can not do what they want. I know this much if I was given the chance to prove myself they would not be disappointed in what they would
