Anyone who is still on SISIP get anything? A email? A fart in the wind? I know they have till the 31st of December to get 70% paid out, but they're not working past the 14th, let's be honest. At this point it feels like they're jerking us around and are just going to waste time until another deadline passes and the court allows them to extend.

It always seems like SISIP and VAC just care a little less around this time of year to me.

I haven't received any since the initial letter informing me that I was a part of the lawsuit. I am currently still on sisip, and was receiving an allowance upon release.

Dec 31st is tomorrow, 70% of class action members are supposed to be dealt with by then. Supposedly the most complex are being done last. I have not heard about anything or received a dime, so what does that say?

The anxiety over this and a bunch of other things are starting to get to me. How about anyone else ? Any news ?

Speaking of Class Action cases, any word on the latest CAF Class Action for Racial Discrimination? It's been quite a few months now since they came out with it, but there hasn't been a word or update it seems about whether we can officially submit a claim yet. Any news?

I share your anxiety, and I also have a huge amount of skepticism that the court ordered deadlines will be met.

If it helps RedCastleBowser, I also have confirmation that I'm part of the Class Action, but have received nothing as of yet. I released in 2019, was in receipt of PLD approx $500/month at time of release.

I will give SISIP a call at the end of January if I haven't seen or heard anything and see if they can confirm that I'm still on the list to be paid. I don't expect them to tell me when that will be but at least if my name is there it will take some of the anxiety away that maybe I was missed or something.

I would love to know why they keep people in the Dark on this, I had to go back and forth with my SISIP case manager before she Finally answered a question. It's just frustrating to try and deal with any small mess up.
