So I have a fructose malabsorption that I got diagnosed with when I was like 4 years old but it legit has 0 effect on what I eat and has never effected me in any aspect of my life and I eat things with fructose in it all the time, would having this on my medical history deny me from joining the caf it would really suck if it did

The only person that can really answer that for you is the RMO (Recruit Medical Office) once you apply.

If you want to apply you should, they will tell you if you are unfit for service, in which case you could potentially dispute and include a letter from your doctor clarifying the lack of impact it has on you and your ability to serve.
